Yes, you can cancel non-personalized jewelry and accessories before we shipping. However, you are not possible to cancel personalized order once we process to handcraft.

For standard shipping, it normally takes 15-20 days. For express shipping, it will take 3-10 days depends on destination. Please refer to our delivery policy for details.
